My love for baking started when I was 12 years old. I would bake every weekend for the family and make the sunday roast which always went down a storm. At the age of 16 I decided to carry on my love for baking when I joined Colchester Institute to study catering. This is where a lot of my skills developed and I started to try new recipes and new flavour combinations. 

2019, a year after I finished my NVQ at college I decided it was time to continue my passion and that is when I started to bake again and decided to study Nutrition and Human Health at the University of Suffolk. 

2020, CAKE-A-HOLIC launched. Since I found this passion for baking I have always wanted to run my own cake business. After family and friends saying for years my cakes are good enough and finally having the confidence to set a business up here it is!

Not only is this my passion but 10% profit of this business is going to an orphanage I have closely worked with. This means so much to me that I can keep on giving to this orphanage.
